Thanks to relationships with passionate producers and a network of boutiques that emphasize exchange and tasting, we share our daily quest for healthier, tastier everyday cooking, in balance with the planet, where simple products and gestures transform "normal" dishes into sunny experiences. Our product range includes a selection of oils, from "grand cru" olive oil to everyday olive oil, table olives, as well as a wide range of balsamic and flavored vinegars, spreads (tapenade, antipasti), sauces and spices.

MISSIONS : As Country Manager for Norway at Oliviers&Co, you will be responsible for the overall management of operations, business development and sales growth across all channels. You will play a key role in the brand's development strategy in Norway and other Nordic countries, coordinating local teams and working closely with head office. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Oliviers&Co SAS.

Business Development :

• Increase and make profitable sales in the three physical stores (Bekkestua, Steen and Strøm, Bogstavaien).

• Develop and optimize online sales through the website.

• Develop BtoB sales by building strong relationships with retailers and key accounts (Norway and Nordic countries).

Franchisee Coordination and Development :

• Coordinate and maintain a relationship of trust with Norwegian franchisees.

• Support franchisees in achieving their sales and growth targets: monitoring f igures, regular presentations of the range and new products, visits...

• Onboard new franchisees (Norway and Nordic countries)

Marketing and Brand Development :

• Collaborate and coordinate with the Oliviers & Co SAS marketing and digital teams to develop the brand and sales in Norway.

• Adapt marketing campaigns to the Norwegian market.

• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Oliviers & Co Norway and Oliviers & Co SAS.

Team and Operations Management :

• Manage the local sales team and ensure their training and development (HR management of the three company-owned stores).

• Management of the VIE in Oslo as Marketing & Web Coordinator • Manage relations with suppliers and logistics operators to ensure an efficient supply chain (forecasts, ...)

• Assist departments with logistics and order entry.

Monitoring and Performance Management :

• Ensure weekly and monthly monitoring of website and stores performance.

• Manage P&L and budgets allocated for operations in Norway.

Budget : 

• Establish yearly budgets and allocate resources to meet sales and growth targets.

• Optimize use of resources to maximize profitability.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Fluent English

• If possible bilingual Norwegian or with good knowledge of Norwegian.

• Experience in team management and business development.

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data.

• Organizational skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
