About the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce

The French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (CCFN) is a private business association and has been an important player in French-Norwegian industrial collaboration between Norway and France since 1919. Our aim is to promote the economic, commercial and industrial ties that link Norway and France together, as well as to promote bilateral cooperation.

The French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce works closely with both embassies and many public and private partners in both countries.

Our activities are increasing. We want to strengthen our Team France Export’s team dedicated to support French companies having commercial and industrial projects in Norway.

 

Work assignments/tasks

Business development and commercial support missions within the framework of mandates entrusted by French companies on the Norwegian market:

  • Support for the operational part of commercial prospecting in Norway: search for business partners or end customers in Norway
  • Business Development
  • Market studies
  • Contribute to strengthen the French-Norwegian Business community and organise networking events (Seminars, Forum, Webinars, Business meetings, etc.)
  • Launching and managing sectoral committees
  • External communication: active on social networks and creation of communication supports

 

Desired qualifications

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, etc. Lack of education can be compensated with relevant work experience
  • 5-10 years of experience within business management
  • Has good written and oral communication skills
  • Is good at collaboration, enjoys working in groups/teams
  • Proven experience in the sectors of Industry, Energy and/or Technology
  • Bilingual French/English. Good knowledge of Norwegian is preferable
