Deep Wind Offshore

We are proud to count Deep Wind Offshore as a new member of our network. We will contribute to strengthen the French-Norwegian business community.

Deep Wind Offshore is a developer and owner of offshore wind projects, with headquarters in Norway. The Company was founded by CEO Knut Vassbotn and CCO Hans Petter Øvrevik in 2020, backed by industrial owners Knutsen OAS, Haugaland Kraft and Sunnhordland Kraftlag. In 2021 Deep Wind Offshore partnered with EDF Renewables for the projects in Norway. In 2022 the Company entered the Swedish offshore wind market and secured site exclusivity for 2 GW in South Korea. In 2023 it entered a joint venture with bp for the projects in South Korea.
